You may ‘Opt-in’ to this service by texting the KEYWORD to the SHORT CODE (465637). Or, you may be directed to a website to ‘Opt-in’ online. If you ‘Opt-in’ online, you will be required to confirm your intent by replying “YES” to the welcome message that you receive on your handset.

AntiTow will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. AntiTow will not be liable for any charges or fees incurred by users, including, but not limited to, automobile towing fees, automobile storage fees, or message fees.
PRIVACY POLICY
AntiTow respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
Customer Terms of Use
A. License, Acknowledgements and Warranties.
A registered AntiTow member submitting material to AntiTow for distribution (”Company”) grants AntiTow the rights to distribute, display, reformat and archive submitted material and/or excerpts of any such material for purposes of distributing the material as part of AntiTow’s products and services (and the promotion of same).
Company warrants and represents that the material will not violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, proprietary, personal, privacy, or other rights worldwide of other persons; that the material does not contain anything defamatory or any viruses, scripts, macros or programs, or links to scripts, macros or programs; and that the material complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Membership may be revoked for violation of these AntiTow Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) or Terms of Use at www.antitow.com. Company understands and agrees that material submitted via AntiTow’s website (“Site”) or any other use of AntiTow services are also subject to the Terms of Use at www.antitow.com.
B. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability.
Company will indemnify and hold harmless AntiTow and its parent company, affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by AntiTow to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims alleging conduct that would amount to a breach of any of Company’s representations and warranties in the Membership Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions. ANTITOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO COMPANY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF ANTITOW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTITOW BE LIABLE TO COMPANY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PAYMENTS MADE BY COMPANY TO ANTITOW FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply.
